Our Process
Our Process is a five-phase digital development model that ensures that we execute every digital project to the best of the agency’s abilities. This ensures we meet and exceed our clients’ expectations and allow for creative explorations within a defined experience based on specific strategic goals.
While our process is methodical and proven, each project must live within a marketplace where trends change daily. Keeping up with them is part of Infuz’s core principles. It is how we deliver solutions that maintain consumer relevance for your brand and stay ahead of the pack.

Vision and Strategy
- Identify the client’s business goals and marketing strategies. Explore additional solutions. What are the user objectives for the project?
Audience Analysis
- Explore the target audience and define specific user personas. Set specific navigational goals, demographic trends, and competitive research.
Scope and Requirements
- Define the technical requirements of the project. This technical investigation answers all possible questions from multiple perspectives: the user, client, and agency.
- Create timeline and begin establishing a resource plan for both the client and agency.
- Establish key project milestones.
Metrics/KPIs
- Establish metrics and Key Performance Indicators from which to judge the success of the project.

Concept Brief
- Develop high-level solution document based on the agency Assignment Brief and initial explorations from Phase 1.
- Prioritize user and business goals and orchestrate different user flows based on user persona research.
Content and Resource Analysis
- Audit of past client content. Establish a resource plan for the agency and finalize milestones for both creative and development.
- Define the content restriction is various channels (online, mobile, social, etc.)
Information Architecture
- Establish the overall model of information and content for the project.
User Experience
- Create a user experience that meets the established marketing goals and strategy.
- Develop user-flows for specific path and metric goals.
- Depending on scope of project, wireframe development for key interface elements.

Explore Visual and Creative Concepts
- On the heels of User Experience explorations from Phase 2, design concepts and creative concepts are developed.
- Copywriting and/or script development.
- Create storyboards for initial concepts for any motion graphics work.
Finalize Visual Comps
- Narrow down concepts after client reviews to a core look and feel. Create visual comps for key screens or user scenarios.
- Create all final graphical elements
Prototyping
- For specific projects a clickable prototype or “Bluebox” is built to showcase key interaction points in the project based on storyboards and comps.
- Motion graphic pieces may call for animatics or even a rough cut to showcase pacing of work.

Front-End Development
- Create cut-ups, pages, and build-out of the entire project.
Back-End Development
- Define database architecture and create technical solution.
- Collaboration with creative and account team to develop the best user experience based on initial defined objectives and user scenarios
QA and Performance Testing
- Quality Assurance reviews every single portion of the project. Testing on a variety of hardware and platforms means we deliver a solid build.
Deploy and Launch
- Finalize analytics and tags
- Upon completion of QA and development, we work with client’s internal IT department to push content to the live environment.

Assess and Analyze.
- Optimize and adapt based on live server conditions.
Reporting and Analysis
- Pull key metrics and web analytics. Examine results based on defined project goals from Phase 1.
Evaluate and Evolve
- Review the project holistically and discover areas for improvement.
- Publish key learning points and archive project.
